Looking for high-quality 11 Plus preparation with a tutor who truly understands the local system? I am an experienced primary school teacher based in Newport, Shropshire, offering focused and supportive 11 Plus tuition for the GL entrance exams.

With years of classroom experience in a local primary school, I have an in-depth understanding of the curriculum, assessment expectations, and the skills children need to succeed in the 11 Plus. I have also successfully supported my own children to pass the 11 Plus, giving me both professional expertise and first-hand parental insight into the pressures and challenges of the process.

Format of sessions

These weekly sessions will take place in the Newport area and will be delivered in a group settings, led by myself. They are designed to help children build the essential skills needed for successful 11 Plus preparation as well as closing the gap learning, as the current National curriculum does not allow for this. 1 and 2 hour sessions are available.

For children who already have a tutor, these sessions are intended to work alongside existing tuition, reinforcing and extending learning rather than replacing it.
